PLEASE NOTE - The times listed below are when volunteers are needed, though you are certainly not expected to stay for the entire time period. While the Red Cross recommends students volunteer in 2-hour time blocks, any amount of time you can be present and help out is greatly appreciated!

- Need at least one person at all times - the more the merrier!

- Time = 9:30 AM
- Need 4-6 people to help unload equipment and set up in the ballroom

- Location = Kirby Ballroom
- Need at least 4-5 people present at all times in the ballroom registering donors and serving refreshments

- Time = 5:00 PM or after last donor
