February 2010 Blood Drive

PLEASE NOTE - The times listed below are when volunteers are needed, though you are certainly not expected to stay for the entire time period. While the Red Cross recommends students volunteer in 2-hour time blocks, any amount of time you can be present and help out is greatly appreciated!


Thursday, February 4

Tabling/Signing Up Donors:
  • Location = Table outside the bookstore
  • Time = 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Need at least one person at all times - the more the merrier!
  • Contact = Courtney Johnson
  • Sign Up = GO HERE TO TABLE!

Friday, February 5

Tabling/Signing Up Donors:
  • Location = Table outside the bookstore
  • Time = 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Need at least one person at all times - the more the merrier!
  • Contact = Courtney Johnson
  • Sign Up = GO HERE TO TABLE!

Monday, February 8

Tabling/Signing Up Donors:
  • Location = Table outside the bookstore
  • Time = 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Need at least one person at all times - the more the merrier!

Unload & Set Up:
  • Location = Around the ballroom/Kirby building
  • Time = 9:30 AM
  • Need 4-6 people to help unload equipment and set up in the ballroom
  • Contact = Courtney Johnson

Registration & Refreshments
  • Time = 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Location = Kirby Ballroom
  • Need at least 4-5 people present at all times in the ballroom registering donors and serving refreshments
  • Contact = Courtney Johnson
  • Sign Up = GO HERE TO MEET AND GREET!

Clean Up & Take Down
  • Time = 5:00 PM or after last donor
  • Location = Around the ballroom/Kirby building
  • Need 4-6 people to help clean up the ballroom and move the equipment out
